Day One seemed meaningless, and only witnessed Tiger Woods and Justin Thomas winning their match; the team USA went behind 4-1, losing the next four matchs.

Day Two started out rough with first two American pairs losing to their International counterparts, and quickly the International Team led 6-1…the team USA was struggling and falling behind in all their matches, when suddenly, Patrick Cantlay faced an impossible putt (to go one-up in the match). Team USA started showing up (sho nuff), in the final holes, like in a golf miracle movie.

Cantlay hit an impossible 50-foot putt, and then Tiger Woods and Justin Thomas golf club hit a miracle winding 25-foot putt to take another crucial point on the eighteenth (again). The score quickly climbed back up the ladder back to now International 6-3. and then Rickie Fowler and Gary Woodland, who battled back, winning the 16th and 17th hole, evened up (or parred out) their International counterparts to finish the day, International: 6 1/2, USA: 3 1/2.
