Steph Curry Splashes NBA Record Three’s!

Steph Curry hit the three… and SPLASHES into history for the NBA RECORD for three’s (in a single season)! He got the record (273th and 274th) three, as his team (Golden State Warriors) battled back to a 57-54 halftime lead (from 10 back) versus the Portland Trailblazers! Curry already has 22 points at the half, so he might even muscle up a 50 point game!

James Harden Serves Ricky Rubio With A Wicked Cross-Over?!

I don’t know if the floor was slippery, but I do know that NBA scoring leader Houston Rockets’ James Harden served Spanish superstar Minnesota Timberwolves’ Ricky Rubio with a WICKED Cross-Over last night, followed up with a step-back three! Ironically, Rubio is usually the man with the tricky dribble, but met his match with Harden! Check out the tape right here!

BuzzKill: Latest NBA Trade Moves!

Quite the BuzzKill, pertaining to what the NBA furnished today on the trade/free-agency deadline, highlighted by Knicks’ F/C Amare Stoudemire going to Dallas (Mavericks) and BK Nets’ Kevin Garnett AKA KG going back to Minnesota (Timberwolves)! Watching the Mavericks as we speak, I do not know if Amare can help them enuff?! I’m proud that KG can go back where it all begin! Other than that the noise was soft…

Coach Pop Notches 1000 (Wins)!

The current NBA Champion Super San Antonio Spurs’ coach Gregg Popovich notched his 1,000th win on Monday night! Marco Belinelli hit the game-winning buzzer beater with 3 seconds left to give the Spurs a dramatic 95-93 win over the Indiana Pacers! Coach Pop became the ninth coach all-time to accomplish the feat (chart below), and the third quickest to get there (behind Phil Jackson and Pat Riley)! Also, he finished with the second highest winning percentage (.684) from the 1,000 and over club only behind Phil Jackson (.704)!

Patriots Startle Seahawks In Super Bowl Finale!

This year’s Super Bowl was a tale of glory for Patriot fans, and a straight up heart-breaker for Seahawk fans! The game came down to the last play with the Seahawks (down 28-24) on the 1/2 yard line about to score… when suddenly Seahawks’ QB Russell Wilson throws a trick play pass which was intercepted and effectively ended the game with only 20 seconds left! In many people’s opinion (including mine), Seahawks’ beast-mode RB Marshawn Lynch should have run in the ball for the TD!!! All is all it was a fantastic finish, as Pats’ QB Tom Brady went from sweating profusely in disbelief to jumping off the bench with tears of joy!

Struggling Knicks Slash Up OKC!

The NY Knicks are finally starting to look Major League now! They beat the top west-coast team Oklahoma City Thunder 100-92 tonight to light up Madison Square Garden and give some temporary relief to loyal Knick fans! Don’t forget about Melo who finished with 31 points and 10 boards, and Tim Hardaway Jr. who finished with 14 points and big three’s down the stretch! Not tending to hopelessness, but the Knicks are still 9-37, so they really need to dash to the finish!

Patriots Caught With Under-Inflated Balls In A Playoff Game?!

When you watched the 45-7 romping of the Indianapolis Colts at the hands of the villainous New England Patriots for the AFC Championship game Sunday nothing seemed suspicious… but with the breaking news, the Patriots were found to be cheating?! 11 of the 12 Patriots’ footballs were under inflated by two pounds of pressure or PSI (Pounds per Square Inch). NFL rules state that the official game-ball must be between 12.5 to 13.5 PSI. Basically it makes the ball easier to catch and throw, as it doesn’t bounce as hard off the body and gives a better grip for the toss.

Knicks End Crazy 16-Game Losing Streak, Stave Off Pelicans!

The NY Knicks entered MSG last night on the heels of a 16-game losing streak, and ended the game with the feeling of momentary triumph! The Knicks staved off the New Orleans Pelicans 99-92, and man it’s been a long time coming… almost an exhale for many Knick fans who anxiously watched the Knicks lose night-in and night-out and post a ridiculous 6-36 record! I mean everyone in NY was ready to pop bottles… just for a regular season win!

KG, the man of ambition, was handed a one-game suspension, today, by the NBA following a trivial headbutt to the one that call ‘Superman’ AKA Dwight Howard!
